8fBefore it starts creating in a workspace, your agent reads BLIT.md for the style, subject and world canon, and production preferences already settled there. It reads again when durable direction changes.
Start from your project, not a hidden default.
Begin with an onboarding pack or your own words and references. As decisions become durable, the agent records them in the same BLIT.md so the workspace grows around your canon.
Blit is great at characters. But it can also make skill effects, backdrops, props, portraits, and rosters. Everything here is real output.

Start a conversationBlit is a conversational game-asset agent. You talk to it in a workspace and it produces concept art, playable sprites on transparency, portraits, opaque backdrops, and motion clips — keeping one subject's identity and style consistent across them.
It works across a whole conversation instead of one prompt at a time. You can derive a playable base from a concept, a portrait from that base, and a motion from the same character — and correct any result in-place instead of re-rolling.
BLIT.md is the workspace memory your agent reads before it starts creating in a workspace, and reads again after durable corrections. It records established style, subject and world canon, and standing production preferences, so you do not have to repeat them in every request.
Choose one clean still as the start and describe one physical action. Blit renders that action as a clip; for a longer sequence, the agent chains clips by using each clip's final frame as the next start.

Cutouts download at 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, and 1024 px. Opaque artwork exports at 1K / 1.5K / 2K depending on aspect ratio, and motion exports follow the clip's native canvas down a halving ladder.
